Client Acquisition Map
One partner-ready report, built from your own Search Console, Google Ads, Analytics and website.
Start with your details
One report per firm. 90 seconds to start: connect Google next, or just give us your domain.
It shows where you lose enquiries, which pages win visits but never convert, where your ads pay for clicks you already rank for, and whether an AI assistant names you or a competitor. A senior Crescat strategist checks it before you see it.
Two ways in
-
Connect Google in 90 seconds. Search Console, read-only, plus Google Ads and Analytics if you want them. We only read, and access is revoked as soon as your map is built. Your map is measured from your own accounts.
-
Not ready to connect Google? You can start from your domain alone instead. We build the same map from the public record of your rankings, with every demand figure labelled as an estimate, and you can connect your data later at the same link. You choose on the next screen.

Six pillars, scored only on what we could verify. When a firm has no Google Ads account connected, paid efficiency leaves the score rather than being guessed.

What your report leads with
The sample report's score, as it opens. Illustrative figures.
- Your three biggest levers, ranked on one scale: the visits a quarter each one is worth.
- One fully unlocked example fix in every channel: a real page, person or search term from your own data.
- A plain-English summary safe to drop straight into the partners' meeting.
- Reviewed and approved by a senior Crescat strategist before it reaches you, usually the same day.
The six questions partners ask — answered from your own data
-
Where are we leaking enquiries?
How much of your search demand sits past page one, where your own pages compete with each other, and the searches already within reach in the next 90 days — cut by practice area, so you can see which part of the firm is losing most.
-
Can the site convert what it wins?
Every commercial page scored on contact routes, call-to-action wording, trust evidence, pricing and speed. Connect Google Analytics and it also names the pages that win visits but record no enquiry.
-
Are our people working for us?
Who clients already search for by name, which pages give them no route to an expert, and the directories your site never links to.
-
Is paid duplicating organic?
Optional: connect Google Ads to see the spend that went to searches you already rank top-three for, as a conservative, published range, plus a 21-point account health check and the negative keywords to add, ready for Google Ads Editor.
-
Are we named when clients ask an AI?
The questions your clients put to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, built from your own search data: who gets named, who gets cited, and which competitor is recommended instead of you.
-
Is the site itself holding us back?
Thin and duplicate pages that hold the map back, pages reachable at more than one address, and the commercial pages nothing on your site links to — each one named, grouped as a job for a developer.
Each channel unlocks one example in full. The complete fix list, with the metadata written for you, every internal link and the technical clean-up in order, is the 90-day plan. A free walkthrough with a specialist comes with it. You keep the map either way.
How it works: 90 seconds of your time, 25 minutes of ours
-
Tell us who you are
Name and email so we know where to send the report. One run per firm per month to protect your time.
-
Connect your data securely
Read-only access to your Search Console in a verified Google app, with Ads and Analytics optional. Tokens are encrypted and revoked as soon as your map is built. Not ready to connect Google? Just give us your domain: we build the same map from the public record of your rankings, with every demand figure labelled as an estimate.
-
Watch the engine work, live
A 14-stage progress bar (twelve if you start from your domain alone) moves as the work does: reading your data, crawling up to 1,000 pages, classifying every page, scoring conversion and your named experts, mapping every search to a single best page, checking the map against where you rank, planning your internal links and assembling your report, which is when ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude are asked the questions your clients ask.
-
Receive your partner-ready report
The engine runs in about 25 minutes, then a senior strategist reviews and approves it, usually the same day. You receive a private link that reads on any device: your Client Acquisition Score, your three biggest levers, and a summary safe to drop into a partners' meeting.
How the 90-day plan works
- Free
The map — free
Every channel measured from your own data, one worked example per channel, reviewed by a senior strategist.
See a sample map - One-off, plus VAT
The 90-day plan — £495
Everything the map keeps locked, written out step by step: new titles and descriptions for every scoped page, ready to upload; the pages to strengthen; every internal link with its anchor text; the technical clean-up in order. A free walkthrough call and a re-run at day 90 are included.
See a sample plan - Quoted on a call
The 90-day pilot — on a call
If you would rather we did the work, that is the pilot. Our team implements the plan and reports what moved. We quote it on your free walkthrough, never on a checkout page.
Not just another free audit
100% your data
0% opinion. If something cannot be measured reliably, it drops out of the score rather than being guessed.
Published maths
Ad-waste ranges and benchmarks use conservative, published substitution factors you can check.
800+ tests, then a person
Every release of the engine must pass more than 800 automated tests, and a senior strategist approves every report by hand.
What's the catch?
Why is the map free?
It does two jobs. It gives you a serious, evidence-based report you can use straight away, even if we never speak again. And it shows us whether there is enough upside for your firm to have a grown-up conversation about implementing it. The step-by-step 90-day plan is a one-off £495 plus VAT. Implementing it for you, the 90-day pilot, is only ever discussed on a call. Either way, you keep the map.
What is in the 90-day plan, and what does it cost?
£495, once, plus VAT. It is the map's locked material written out as a plan your own team can follow: new titles and descriptions for every scoped page, with new headings where a page needs one, ready to upload as a CSV; the pages to make "the answer" for the searches already in striking distance; every internal link with its anchor text; the technical clean-up in order; a free walkthrough call; and a full re-run at day 90 that checks which steps are live and shows you what moved. Fourteen-day satisfaction refund.
Do we have to connect Google?
No. Give us your domain instead and we build the same map from the public record of your rankings and a full crawl of your pages. The difference is that your demand figures are then estimates rather than counts from your own account, and every one of them is labelled as an estimate. The Google Ads and Analytics sections need those accounts, so they are left out. Connect Search Console at any time afterwards and the estimates become your own figures, at the same link.
What do you do with our data?
We read your Search Console, and Google Ads and Analytics if you connect them, through a Google-verified app, and crawl your site. Search Console and Analytics access is read-only. Google offers only one permission for Ads, which is broader than we need: we only read. We never change campaigns, bids, budgets, properties or site settings. Access is encrypted and revoked automatically as soon as your map is built, or as soon as the build stops if it fails. If you leave part-way through connecting, it is revoked when your data is deleted: all prospect data is deleted after 90 days.
How long does it take?
About 90 seconds to start: your details, then the Google connections. The map builds in about 25 minutes while you watch, or you close the tab. A senior strategist then reviews it, usually the same day, and we email you the moment it is approved.
We already work with an agency. Is it still useful?
Especially then. It is an independent, data-only read of where the client-acquisition machine is leaking, with one worked example per channel. Bring it to your next agency review; the figures are pinned to your own Search Console, Ads, Analytics and site.
One report per firm?
Yes. We build one map per domain in any 30-day window, so nobody at your firm waits for a duplicate. If a colleague has already run it, we will send you their report once it has been reviewed.
